Warranty Coverage

EverCast Outdoors proudly offers a 1 year warranty on all EverCast Megascreen units from the date of
purchase.
If your unit experiences any issues due to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, we
will repair or replace the product at our discretion.

Our Commitment to You

Customer service after the sale is our top priority.
We stand behind our products and take pride in supporting our customers. While certain types of
damage may fall outside of standard warranty coverage, this does not automatically mean your unit
will be denied support.
Every situation is reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we will always do our best to work with you,
give the benefit of the doubt when possible, and find a fair solution.

What’s Covered

• Screen defects (no display, failure to power on, internal faults)
• Manufacturing defects
• Hardware malfunctions under normal operating conditions

What’s Not Covered

• Water damage due to improper installation or sealing
• Physical damage (drops, impacts, cracked screens)
• Electrical damage (incorrect wiring, voltage issues, etc.)
• Normal wear and tear
• Unauthorized modifications or disassembly

Compatibility Disclaimer
EverCast Megascreen units are designed to work with select Garmin and Lowrance systems.
• Performance may vary depending on model and software version
• Some features (such as touchscreen functionality) may not be supported on all units
• External modules (such as Russell Marine Flex Box) may be required for certain systems
• We strongly recommend confirming compatibility before purchase
Adapter Notice
• Select Garmin units may require a Micro USB to USB-C adapter (Garmin OEM recommended)
• For Lowrance systems, a Micro USB to USB-A adapter can be provided upon request
